Accepted forms of payment
Tosche Supply Co. uses CSAWare, a web-based software program to help manage the financial interactions between our subscribers and our farm. We accept transactions through the PayPal checkout process. Your payment will be processed at the time of your order. For CSA subscriptions, payment is made up front when you choose your share. For add-on products like eggs or beef, you can purchase those at any time, just be aware you need to check out at least 48 hours before your next pick-up, or your add-on purchase will come with the FOLLOWING pick-up.
All farm-fresh produce from Tosche Supply Co. should be considered unwashed. While we do often rinse or brush to remove surface dirt in an effort to keep mess to a minimum, we suggest you always wash fresh produce before consuming to ensure your own personal health and that of the people to whom you serve that produce.
Add-on & pick-up change deadlines
If you want to order add-on items like eggs or beef to your weekly pick-up, change your pick-up site, put a box on hold, or designate someone else to pick up your box, be aware of our cart deadlines - carts close 48 hours prior to pick-up day, and at that point you can no longer add items or make changes to your next pick-up.
- If your pick-up day is Monday, you need to check out your cart or make changes by Friday midnight of the previous week.
- If your pick-up day is Thursday, you need to check out your cart or make changes by Monday at midnight.
Your private information will not shared with any other entities.
Please be aware that Tosche Supply Co. will be communicating with you via email on a regular basis to inform you of a payment that has been made, or to remind you of a scheduled pick-up and many other communications in regards to your CSA subscription.
By agreeing to join our CSA, you are agreeing to open and read all email communications as soon as you see them as much of the information is time sensitive.
We understand that sometimes life happens, and you become unable to make the pick-up times for the rest of the season, or you end up moving out of our service area. Or sometimes you may just find out that the CSA lifestyle isn't for you. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you end up needing to cancel your membership, we will refund you $20 for each remaining box of the season.
